DOC’s Homes Limited are constructors of precast buildings, namely, houses, apartments, townhouses and office buildings. DOC’s utilizes Waffle Crete Technology to make 5000 psi concrete structures that can withstand earthquakes measuring 8.3 in magnitude, withstand a category 3 hurricane and is 99% fireproof.
DOC’s Homes Limited was established in 1990 and have been constructing precast buildings since. DOC’s has constructed over 500 buildings to date.
The office is located in Pt. Lisas and the showroom is located at Frederick Settlement, Caroni.
What are Precast Buildings?

The foundation and walls of these buildings are designed using steel reinforced 5000 psi concrete thus enabling them to have super structural strength.
Our houses are independently tested for earthquakes measuring 8.3 in magnitude, can withstand a category 3 hurricane and is 99% fireproof.
Due to the fact that the walls, floor and roof panels can be cast while the building site is being prepared, this enables the house to be completed in a faster time frame than conventional house.
